YLNT Coat of Arms by Lauren Gallaspy
There’s some good stuff in here: I see some sort of mythical creature rampant on a bowl of Kix, overturning a box of Good & Plenty, our mics, a well-built sandwich (nice), an armory of sword picks, a pope hat maybe, our motto (“So sorry”), an emptied toilet paper roll and at the very bottom, a merkin (or “hair donut”).  Strong work, Lauren!
UPDATE: Lauren wrote back to note some additional details.

the lumps that are flanking the pope’s hat (with handle) are, in fact, pecans
the drumsticks on either side of the crest serve as some sort of vestiges of the snare drum pre-gym craze
wrapped in the creature’s tail is an ibuprofen bottle, (mentioned in passing, I think) and the pills themselves are those things above him
round loofahs carry the “so sorry” banner
and lastly, the psuedoclassical phrase at the top are, in fact, an attempt at a translation of the words “eating lunch alone” into latin. it may be closer to “devour lunch as one,” but you get the idea.
